DEVELOPMENT

VENDOR VETTING

Direct contact with a vendor can carry a risk if clients are not familiar with the market. We screen our vendors closely with T&A and spot checks on the factory floor. We make sure all necessary ethical and safety guidelines are in place. We also verify sub-vendor businesses, including processing units, printers, and sewing units.

PRE-PRODUCTION

Good Pre-Production work requires close follow-up of all milestones and approvals. These are activities that begin after issuance of a Purchase Order. It leads to a green light for production activities to commence on the designated & scheduled dates.

PRODUCTION

Production is a process by which resources are allocated according to a schedule, and we ensure that this schedule is followed. In case of disruptions, new plans are swiftly drawn up ensuring that ultimate targets are met. We keep you updated constantly through each stage of the supply chain. Our teams are sent daily to the factory floor to oversee production so that we can ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our QA team is actively involved throughout production, from the pattern and trim approvals to testing. Daily audits allow us to get the results you require. Any issues during production are controlled through frequent audits and follow up with a pre-final and final inspection of goods.

We communicate possible problems with process, raw materials, or product to clients and vendors, helping resolve issues early in the timeline.
